I am having problems with the hair and all my packages showing up in game. I followed the download instructions very carefully, and even downloaded the InstallMonkey helper. But, nothing is showing up ...

Okay, So I need help getting the peggyzone hair to work.  I have tried everything!  I watched every video, read every website.  And I do EXACTLY what they tell me to do.... and it never works. I even extract the peggyzone objects with WinRar. So I have a question.... my folder is  C:\Documents and Settings\Alissa\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and then I have mods and then packages inside mods.  Is it okay to have it in documents and settings/alissa/mydocuments?   Or should I copy the whole sims 3 folder into   C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts.  Please help me... I really want all these hairs, skins, and clothes by Peggyzone.  If anyone could respond as soon as possible that wold be great.  Thank you!

Not the C:\Documents and Settings\....find the sims3 folder in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3...no need to copy

Ya that's the thing... I don't have program files.. .only program data.  And when I go through C:\ProgramData\ElectronicArts   It ends there.... there is no sims 3.  The only place the sims 3 folder is located is in C:\Documents and Settings\Alissa\My Documents\ElectronicArts\The Sims 3.  I don't know why.  Did I do something wrong when I installed it?  I'm afraid to hear that I am going to have to uninstall and then install my game again to get this to work.....

Omg!  okay.. so I went into my computer and then pasted in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3  to see if my computer could just find it.... AND IT DID!  Okay so I put mods and then packages in mods in there... now I am going to go try it and see if it worked.... I will post whether it worked or not!  But I think it will!!  Thank you!

can some one please help me! i have read and watched videos on how to install the hair but i caan't seem top do it correctly.
okay this is what i do:
1. i download the mod.
2.i put recources.cfg in  c:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
3.i put the package in c:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages  and extract it.
i think i;m doing everything correct but the mod doesn't show up in the game.

i read the instructions and in the last line it says ..

"4) If the mod can not show in the game when it is installed according to the following instructions, please DELETE the temporary files in My Document\Electronic Arts\The Sims3. (TIPS: 1. This catalogue is different from the one of installing MODs.
2. XXXXCache.package is temporary file. ) "

can someone please tell me what are temporary files!!! and XXXXcache.package!?
