[The Sims 3] WCIF/HCIM this Model?

I've tried making her myself but its just so difficult to try and recapture this model's face and her features. As a last resort I'm asking here in this forum, wondering where or how I'm able to obtain such a sim. I know there are some issues with people sharing their creations, but I honestly just want the face. I don't care about any cosmetics, the hair, or touch ups that are on her - I'm just dying to have her face.
