i can't download anything :s

anything, download
if i download something, and i do it in the files mods/package, it will take it..
it doesn't works.. non of the sites.. but i wanna have beautifull things in my sims.'.
but it doesn't works
is it maybe because i have windows vista?

can somebody help me?

?

the cfg file is included in the downloaded file

I am also having this problem :/ I too have Vista, so maybe it has something to do with that? I followed the instructions, but everytime I tried it still failed to work :S

Any suggestions?
