Peggyzone Exchange Problem. Help!!! help, exchange, technical, problems

Hi, I was just wondering if this is happening to anyone else.- v# ]3 ?0 T$ P: W& d7 l5 h

I have exchange points, but when I go to use them, I am loaded to a blank page. I thought that maybe the server was too busy one day, so I kept trying on other days. It's always the same thing. 9 P; J+ [% ^/ F- T4 T
+ V! A" I0 x5 F
Here's what I do (in case I'm doing something wrong)- D2 r; d1 @8 F5 F+ U+ B
7 N4 b4 q, T1 w) r3 d& j
1. Find what I want from the exchange; w( c4 I& H- N3 b- p$ L9 O+ p
2. Select 'exchange'
3 s) k' i8 V9 h" O: U  l3. Press 'exchange now' on pop-up
+ X7 e. W5 ?( Y8 X9 O: ^5 T4. Greeted by blank white page

0 F. J' Q# E+ z  EI use Mozilla bur I have also tried this in Internet Explorer.$ X; h3 k7 M# q% G# k
Any ideas?

I used IE and I exchanged both sims2 and sims3 items in PG shop. So it's hard for me to figure out what happened to you. I am ready for help, but i need more details. Could you show me the items' pictures or links that u failed to exchange?

Im not very computer literate, so i have no idea how to post pics, sorry. But basically it looks exactly like the pics already posted above except instead of the file download coming up i get taken to a blank page that says done down the bottom.
- F/ }/ R3 @$ n7 V& mI was trying to download Model-ANgelina roose by creator Janita, but it happens when i try downloading any of the items in the shop.Thanks.
