It's not enough to decorate your house nicely. You've got to have this whole strategy. When the Headmaster arrives, you will see a pop up on your right saying "Headmaster scenario". It will show you how many points you need to earn to impress the Headmaster in three areas: Food Points, Tour Points, Schmooze Points.
; u: D: q4 ]) K* u3 ^
; d' g% r' I: e2 JIn total, you need to earn at least 90 points, or the Headmaster will reject your child. Now, for some pointers.

To get Food Points, have the mother/father (whoever is the better chef, really) cook a fancy dinner. Upon his arrival, invite him to join you and the rest of the family for dinner. The better the dinner, the higher points you will receive in that category.

You earn Tour Points by giving the Headmaster a tour of the house; remember to show him every room (you do that simply by walking into each room and selecting "Show Room"), he will be displeased or ecstatic, which will give you eventual pointers if you mess up again. The better you decorate your rooms, the higher points you will receive.

. |4 |+ @( P$ p- n- G, {; \Schmooze Points are earned by clicking on the Headmaster and selecting the "Schmooze" option from the pie menu. Depending on how well your dinner was cooked and how well the tour went, you will either need to schmooze a lot or a little. The more Charisma points your Sim will have, the better this will go (make sure your Sims are in a good mood, also!).& G; G8 ]# b: y$ W) i

+ y+ L& z: x" }5 b: nAll in all, by the time his visit has ended (there's a timer in the same window, that shows you how much time you have left), you should have 90 points or more to be successful.

I'm glad to have helped You don't really need to have a fantastic chef, just three or four Cooking Skill Points should be enough. I once had my Sim make Mac and Cheese for the Headmaster, and he was still very impressed $ p3 A+ b- o  S/ C* K, H2 I

. k- Q5 ^! B  {Also, you don't need to have every room in tip top shape. It just helps if you've got one expensive item per room that the Headmaster can gush over. He is impressed by statues, bookcases, desks and other furniture that cost some money.

Manual. If you've selected the "Give tour" option, the Headmaster will follow the character giving the tour into whatever room. Select the Headmaster again and press "Show room" on the pie menu to see what he thinks of the room. He will hoot (to show that he's impressed) or not (to show that he's not impressed), so that should give you an indication per room what he thinks.

When you're done getting to every room of the house, select the Headmaster and press "End tour". The Tour Points, depending on how many times you impressed the Headmaster, should appear accordingly.

When you select the finished dish, you should be able to have an option that says "Call household to dinner" or something like that. I think it's an option that came with the Seasons expansions pack, but if it's not there, maybe you can just manually put everyone at the dinner table and see if the Headmaster follows + J" c2 J- |' f0 {7 U" V

" J* B0 h1 ]0 N5 s$ a1 z0 lI think you should just try sucking up. Select the Headmaster and see what the pie menu says - there should be an option that says "Schmooze". Just talking - sometimes even bragging to him helps! Only if your Sim is very charming, though

I'm glad I could help! It's not really that tricky, you just need to know the basic strategy. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to get all your kids into private school. ) D! I2 d6 _& K  e' u+ u
