Making a werewolf is quite easy. You'll need the Pets expansion, but since you listed that you have all expansion packs, that shouldn't be a problem.

First off, if you already have built a home for your Sims, load up the lot. Then go to the building catalog and select the trees. You'll want to have a lot with as many trees as you can possibly afford; apparently, it doesn't seem to matter as to which type of tree you have, more that there are lots of them around. The idea comes from the fact that werewolves roam the woods at night. - b( A* [: x8 L$ b, s% q9 }0 z# K

When you've done that, it's basically a waiting game until the right wolf ganders along. I say right, because some of the werewolf pack members might show up. You'll recognise the right wolf, the pack leader, by their glowing yellow/green eyes. The colour of the glow seems to depend on how well your graphic card is - @- G0 ^; Q1 Z; i0 G' C

Like with a normal pet, make your Sim go out to greet the wolf, and pay a lot of attention to it. Pet, play, and so on. And I do mean a lot of attention; your Sim and the wolf need to have a daily relationship that ranges anywhere from 80 up to 90. You'll know when you've done everything right when the wolf leans over and nibbles you. Your Sim will have what can only be described as a near mental breakdown and immediately transform into a werewolf.

* N3 h& l, y P' i# e1 pIf you already have a werewolf in your game, it's far easier. When your Sim is in werewolf form (at night, obviously), have him/her interact with another Sim. The option "Savage" will become available. Your werewolf Sim and the other Sim will have a scuffle and the latter will transform into a werewolf, too.
