For you are a free member, so if you click the hair for super member, then "user not exists" will pop up.

It says "User Not Exist" no matter what link i click....free or SuperMember.....I even tried to become a SuperMember to allow me access and it still says "User Not Exist" and sends me back to the main page.

yeah, you are super member and own PG. Then the most probable reason is browser. Please use Firefox or IE to download from our site.
