[The Sims 3] where can I find this hair?

hair, find

I was on RoseSims and saw this beautiful hair. I was disappointed when I found the download was for the Sim's lipstick, instead. The hair kind of seems like it would come from Peggy, but I'm not sure. If you know where it came from and give me a link to download it, I would appreciate it so much!

That's a very similar hair, but not the same. The details, like the bangs and how the hair is clipped, are different and for me, what really makes the hair.
