Female Sims look different Sims, Female, look, different

I download this sims but in game it look so different why?
do i need some kind of mod?
I have the same hair but the face is way different

maybe the face skin mod is needed..u can pm the poster for suggestion.

Yes, You may need the face and skin mod too. But be carefull! You can use only one skin, face, body mode.
And more: I've installed Peggy's female and male body, but not the face, because all my premade sims looked very ugly, especially their eyes and lips - so I must delete this mod. Then I installed other face mod, not Peggy's and faces looks almoust normal- eyes, but not the lips. So, now I installed duma mod and with this mod I can go back in Create a Sim from the game and so i can repaire that strange "lipslook" on my premade sims.

Ya I really want that female sims face its soo beautiful!
But anyways thanks for the suggestion guys maybe i go find some face mod =D
