Peggy Sims 2 hair on a Sims3? Where did it come from? Peggy, Sims, hair, Where, come

This is obviously a Peggy TS2 hair, but is modeled on a Sims3 sim. The sims creator has not come back on yet to let anyone know where she got it.
Is this a beta test or was this converted illegally?

Intereting. I don't know it's a illegal thing. I've never seen any license term regarding the use of hair. Even I've never heard about there was a limitation as to the range of games in the license term.
Anyway it seems that someone already knew the way to change and make package for sims3 hairs.
That could be great harmful to the future business of PeggyZone.

u r quite right!! i hope peggy will take actions to protect her legal rights. and i wish peggy could convert her sims2 hair to sims3 asap.

I'm sure you've heard this before, but... Peggy has no legal right to that hair. She converted it to a format that belongs, legally, to EA Games, therefore the hair itself belongs to them.

We should make a poll which hairstyle we want the most.
I suggest these:

To my think, PeggyZone deserves to have its own license for hairs.
I don't think that PeggyZone's work should belong to EA even though its creation suits EA's game.
I am not sure if PeggyZone's hair has infringed on EA's technical license.
But we all agree on the point that the hair design is a creation that doens't belong to EA.

Well. I know how hard to convert sims 2 hair to sims3 hair. But the hair that is linked above, just a mimic which has a poor quality. Let's give the right to Peggyzone to make better hairs for the game.
