How to uninstall peggy's hair? Help, hair, peggy, uninstall

Hello guys,
First I have to say that I'm from Gemany, so my English isn't that good, hope you can understand me.

I installed Peggy's female hair and it worked pretty good but now it crashs my PC! So I want to uninstall it but it doesn't work.
I deleted the package in the Mods/Packages folder and all these cache.packages. But the hair is still there!
What can I do?

i have one way to uninstall peggy's hair. the mohawk will appear again.
u will have to delete 2 files.
delete D:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\peggyzone-sims3-090625-hair.package
and C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Thumbnails.
