Peggysims skin replacements for sims 3? sims, skin, replacements

Hey, I love the new skin replacements! However there's a little problem. I'm running a Mac and I tried to imagine the installing guide as a Mac version, but apparently I failed, I don't see the skins in my game. Please help!
