click on the town hall and change any sim's name

let me show u...
go to the CITY HALL first.
right click it ,select 'change name'
then u will change the sim's name..
but what i want to know is how many times i can change name?
i changed once, but right click the CITY HALL，it won't appear 'change name' for selection anymore...

use friendliness but do not use your friends.
