That happens, My sim has 3 kids, all from woohoo-ing. I didn't understand why she would randomly run to the bathroom and puke until after she got a bigger stomach

Anyway, to abort your pregnancy, you could try installing the InSimenator to abort the pregnancy
not the best you've ever had, but you say I'm pretty close ...
