PG Shop download problems Shop, problems, download

I'm trying to download some items from the PeggyG-Shop, but everytime I click on exchange now, it goes to a blank screen and doesn't do anything else. Anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have a fix for this?

there may be several reasons for that:
1  use IE of FIREFOX
2  r u sure there is enough PG in your account?
