sims interact question

sims, question, interact

i have one question: i created 2 sims in the same neighbourhood, and they lived very close...my question is that when i am playing one sim, could it interact with the other?

i am not sure...i think it's impossible to interact with other families/Sims you create.

use friendliness but do not use your friends.
