A TS3 Hair for TS2

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but I would like to think I am.
When I saw this hair for TS3 my first thought was that it looked amazing. Then I searched through the section for hair-meshes (both for girls and boys) and I couldn't find the hair for TS2. Therefore, I think it was made for TS3 and not TS2.
My question is: Can you make this hair for TS2 (or is it's already been made for TS2, point me in the direction of where I can download it)?
I would really appreciate it. That was all. Thank you for reading.

The hair is already available for Sims2, but only for males. It's one of the Special Gifts, the one for March 2008.
